Ken Morrison has assisted corporate clients in evaluating their facilities objectives, and translating them into flexible working environments since 1971. His areas of focus in the firm are the development of new corporate headquarters campuses for high technology companies and large scale private homes.
Prior to founding Rockridge in 1987, Ken was Vice President for a project management consulting firm in the South Bay Area representing tenants in the site acquisition, design, and construction of high technology and headquarters facilities. In that capacity, he developed his skills in transaction review, cost control, detailed scheduling and construction quality management. He practiced architecture for 10 years with Gensler, an international design firm in San Francisco, where he focused on tenant development, and planning and implementation of large scale projects for corporate clients.
